The website itself does not operate a submissions database: the enquiry builder opens the visitor’s own email application. Personal information sent by email or otherwise supplied to the practice should be limited to what is necessary for the enquiry or legal mandate. Nothing on this page should be read as a representation about categories of information the practice does not in fact hold.
