Privacy notice

The enquiry builder runs in your browser and prepares a mailto message for your own email application; it does not submit form data to a website database. If you email or telephone the practice, the information you provide will be handled for the purpose of responding to and, where applicable, administering the legal matter. Do not send sensitive identity, banking, tax or confidential documents through the website form. For privacy questions or requests relating to information held by the practice, contact brenda@tanner.co.za. This notice should be read together with the POPIA page and may be updated when the hosting or data-processing arrangements change.
